Check-In & Check-Out
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cancellations made via Airbnb, the Airbnb cancellation policy applied at booking will govern.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking confirmation. This safeguards the residence — its curated décor, bespoke furnishings, and carefully maintained assets.
The deposit is fully refunded after check-out, subject to the condition of the property. Any deductions — for damage, breakage, or unapproved late check-out — will be communicated transparently and prior to processing.
House Rules
Ozira Stays is furnished with bespoke décor and thoughtfully curated pieces. We ask that guests treat each residence with the same care as a cherished home.
Only guests listed in the confirmed reservation may access the apartment. Visitors require prior approval. Exceeding the guest limit may result in cancellation.
In accordance with Haryana state regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.)
Ozira Stays is strictly non-smoking inside the premises. A professional deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
We welcome well-behaved pets. Kindly inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused.
The residences are designed for personal stays — not large gatherings or events. Please be considerate of neighbours and building residents.
We ask that noise levels be kept considerate after 10:00 PM. The buildings are residential complexes with families and working professionals.
Common areas including lift lobbies, elevators, and hallways are under 24×7 CCTV surveillance for your safety. Please do not tamper with any security installations.
Please notify us immediately of any damage. Charges may apply based on the extent of repair or replacement required — this is why we take a security deposit.
